By accessing or using the Santa Monica Symphony (“we,” “us,” “our”) website (“Site”) or engaging
with our emails, programs, or materials, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not
agree, please refrain from using the Site or services.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you (“you,” “User”) and Santa Monica Symphony concerning the Site and its content. We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use after updates signifies your acceptance.
2. EligibilityThis Site is intended for users ages 13 and older. If you are under 13, please discontinue use.
3. License & Permitted UseYou may use the Site and its content solely for non-commercial, personal purposes in support of
our mission to provide free, quality classical music concerts to the community. You must not:

- Remove copyright or proprietary notices;
- Harvest data or reverse-engineer the Site;

All Site content—including text, images, audio, and logos—is owned by Santa Monica Symphony or
its licensors and is protected under copyright and trademark laws. No rights or licenses are
granted except as expressly provided.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
All services and content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind (express or implied),
including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We disclaim liability for any errors,
interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the Site—even if advised of the possibility.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Santa Monica Symphony and its affiliates, directors,
and volunteers from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms
or your use of the Site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict-of-law
provisions. You consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in courts located in California.
8. Logo & Name Usage
Permission is required to use the Santa Monica Symphony name or logo. Please obtain written approval before any printed or digital use.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to deny access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
